Hey guys, I know everyone searches the web for Best Internet in their area(for eg. Virar) after getting fed up of their internet connection.
So here I will let you know about the Worst internet in Virar. So that you can avoid them.
I have used many broadband's and the 3G Data cards. So far DNA infotel is the good in case of Speed, but from past 6 months they have very very BAD Customer Service, It gives you affordable rates for good speeds but the worst customer service you can ever experience in your life.
For example : Rate for 600kbps plan for 6 months is around 2700Rs. 600kbps net should give a download speed of 75-76KB/s constantly. This figure is calculated as 600/8 = 75. as b represents bits and B represents bytes. We always download in bytes. So you should do this calculation to know approx download speed that your broadband should provide.
And till now it has always provided me constant 75-80 KB/s downloading speed, So atleast they provide the speeds that they charge for.
User Support is of the important things while selecting the Internet provider and So far DNA infotel fails the test. Their internet server fails every month and it is not repaired very soon. Till now I have experienced 6-8 Hours of disconnection 2-3 times in month. But no more than that.

ReplyDeleteI stay in Virar(West). I used DNA Infotel for a year. My plan was only of 600kbps then too from youtube and torrent many times I got 11 Mbps speed and it only went down 5-6 times in a year and that also for 3-4 hours.

DeleteHey Guys I live in Virar west, I have been using BSNL WIRELESS EVDO dongle from 2009...Rate is 650+tax=730/- Pm for unlimited 2mbps.....I get 200-300kBps download speed (Bytes)....If you have evdo network in your area...I would suggest you go for it....It is rarely down(coz it is wireless)..once in 3 months or so just for a day.
