Flashing Canvas 2 with original jellybean ROM

 Micromax canvas 2 official update is launched.. 

Things you need:

1. Download the ROM.. its of 282Mb

2. Download SP tools needed for flashing

3. Download the Micromax a110 drivers

To download, click here

Once downloaded, extract them somewhere in pc.

1.Start SP tools, by clicking on flash_tool.exe
2.Click on Scatter Loading

3. Open the ROM folder you extracted and select MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc file as shown below.

4. Click on Firmware Upgrade.

• Make sure that your Canvas 2 is TURNED-OFF and then connect it to your computer.

• SP Tools will detect your Canvas 2 and start the flashing process if everything is right. 

• After completion, a green ring will appear on your computer’s screen indicating that the upgrade was successful.

• Then, close the SP Tools, disconnect your Canvas 2 and turn it on.

Voila! Now you have Jelly Bean on your Canvas 2.
